The traveling kitchen is rooted in the passion for bringing authentic Italian flavors to the table.
It is with great pleasure that we share with our guests today the experiences and flavors of home-made Italian cuisine.

We learned about Italy, about the different types of flour and its suitability for different types of doughs, we learned to make pasta in several shapes, we learned to make tortellini and cannoli, we prepared different types of fillings, vegetable salads and for dessert a wonderful torta caprese.
And besides the food, the conversation was lively - Esti is an excellent conversationalist, pleasant and knowledgeable. It was fascinating to hear stories about India and her life in the United States.
Time flew by.
We were sorry it was over, we were both left with a desire for more.
We did an Israeli food workshop at Esti's for a dance guest.
It was amazing!!

Hi, I'm Esti Zeira - the host of the Traveling Kitchen workshops.
I discovered my love for ethnic cuisine, and Italian cuisine in particular, while living in New York. A city that introduced me to cuisines from around the world. I traveled to Italy several times, where I studied at cooking schools.
My kitchen in Shoham is a magical place where workshop participants learn and create in a homely atmosphere.
In my small boutique workshops you will learn to prepare typical Italian dishes yourself, just like in Italy. Workshops that are suitable for everyone and do not require prior knowledge.
Beyond workshops, I create pastas in a variety of colors, ravioli with a variety of fillings, sauces and pastries. Products that will add flavor and color to your table.
