Handmade pasta dough (eggs, 00 flour, traditional technique) Types of pasta: tagliatelle, ravioli with various fillings Classic Italian sauces: rosé, sage butter, roasted tomatoes Includes: tasting, light Italian wine, recipe booklet, and a box of pasta to take home Atmosphere: Rustic, warm and family-friendly חויות של משתתפי סדנאות למדנו על איטליה, על הסוגים השונים של קמח והתאמתו לסוגים שונים של בצקים, למדנו להכין פסטה בכמה צורות, למדנו להכין טורטליני וקנולי, הכנו סוגים שונים של מליות, סלטי ירקות ולקינוח טורטה קפרזה מופלאה. וחוץ מהאוכל, השיחה קלחה - אסתי אשת שיחה מעולה, נעימה וידענית. היה מרתק לשמוע סיפורים על הודו ועל חייה בארצות הברית. הזמן עבר ביעף. הצטערנו שנגמר, נשארנו שנינו עם טעם של עוד. עשינו סדנא של אוכל ישראלי אצל אסתי לאורחת מחול היה מדהים!! האוכל היה טעים ובשפע אסתי היתה מקסימה והעבירה את הכל באנגלית (כולל דף מתכונים) ממליצה בחום תודה רבה ממליצה בחום על הסדנת אוכל של אסתי! סגרנו סדנת פסטה טעימה וכייפית לכבוד מסיבת רווקות. לא רק שלמדנו הרבה, נהנו מאוד גם מהאווירה וגם מהאוכל אסתי עשתה מעל ומעבר!

The traveling kitchen A journey into the world of home-cooked Italian cuisine The traveling kitchen is rooted in the passion for bringing authentic Italian flavors to the table. It is with great pleasure that we share with our guests today the experiences and flavors of home-made Italian cuisine. Some of the workshop products Recommendations We learned about Italy, about the different types of flour and its suitability for different types of doughs, we learned to make pasta in several shapes, we learned to make tortellini and cannoli, we prepared different types of fillings, vegetable salads and for dessert a wonderful torta caprese. And besides the food, the conversation was lively - Esti is an excellent conversationalist, pleasant and knowledgeable. It was fascinating to hear stories about India and her life in the United States. Time flew by. We were sorry it was over, we were both left with a desire for more. We did an Israeli food workshop at Esti's for a dance guest. It was amazing!! The food was delicious and plentiful. Esti was lovely and explained everything in English (including a recipe page) Highly recommend Thank you very much. Highly recommend Esti's food workshop! We closed a delicious and fun pasta workshop in honor of a bachelorette party. Not only did we learn a lot, we also really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. Esti went above and beyond! We were at a stunning and unique pasta workshop today, we enjoyed every moment and learned a lot. The special part of the workshop was Esti's wonderful passion for her creation, for cooking, and the vast knowledge she has accumulated throughout her visits to various places around the world. We received lots of little tips that make all the difference in cooking and enjoyed a variety of pastas, sauces, colors, and shapes. I discovered my love for ethnic cuisine, and Italian cuisine in particular, while living in New York. A city that introduced me to cuisines from around the world. I traveled to Italy several times, where I studied at cooking schools. My kitchen in Shoham is a magical place where workshop participants learn and create in a homely atmosphere. In my small boutique workshops you will learn to prepare typical Italian dishes yourself, just like in Italy. Workshops that are suitable for everyone and do not require prior knowledge.
